As with our damaging skills, our powerful Defensive Skills are not doing much if we cannot cast them. After that, we want all the normal offensive stats: Weapon Damage, Critical Strike Damage, Vulnerable Damage, Critical Strike Chance, Intelligence, and all kinds of Additive Damage, in that order of priority. With more Lucky Hits we can spawn more Ball Lightning from the Enchantment and also get back more Mana. On top of that it also increases the tick rate of Ball Lightning via Enhanced Ball Lightning, effectively being a huge boost to our Lucky Hit Chance. Attack Speed gives us more DPS by letting us cast Ball Lightning faster. Maximum Mana is also a must-have (at least on the Helmet) to keep up the Elementalist's buff. Mana Cost Reduction, Resource Generation, Lucky Hit: Chance to Regain Resource, you can't skip any of them. To spam Ball Lightning with our high attack speed, we need every possible stat we can get. We continue to chase our philosophy of being able to use skills = good. More uptime on Stun from Teleport (about 1.5x damage).
